Refund policy

Thank you for trusting us with the most important ritual of the day - coffee. 

If your coffee beans arrive and don't fit your order, we will replace them within two weeks of the purchase date. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please email us at hello@paddleandbrew.us with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item.

If our coffee didn't meet your expectations, please let us know at ritima@paddleandbrew.us. We would want to hear from you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
