It all started with our neighbor, Rumie - a true coffee connoisseur. After tasting our home-roasted coffee beans, she said, "This is the coffee I want to wake up for, Every Morning". Her words inspired us to bring that same joy to you and we started Paddle&Brew micro-roastery where we roast every batch of coffee backed by science, a whole lot of love and a dash of magic.
