What is Finca Idealista
Benjamin Weiner started Finca Idealista in 2007 when he was graduating from law school with the goal of supporting the village school. A year later, Finca Idealista joined a dysfunctional fair trade coop that wasn't fair to the farmers. He then turned the obstacle into an opportunity a and founded a social enterprise to connect high-cupping coffees directly with the roasters around the world. Finca Idealista is one of the 100 farms in that group.
Finca Idealista used to bring its thousands of sweet juicy oranges for sale but now saves them all for the Orange Madness.
