Each sip begins with the deep, nutty sweetness of a baklava and honey, a warmth that feels like a gentle afternoon glow. As the flavor unfolds, it transforms into the juicy, vibrant essence of a ripe mango, a burst of tropical sunshine that reminds you of a quiet moment on a porch swing.
Sun Kissed Siesta is more than a coffee; it's a peaceful nap in a sunlit orchard, a dream woven from the most delightful and tender fruits.
Process:
Sometimes a particular day's picking on a farm has a distinct taste which was the case with our Mango & Baklava Microlot. We celebrate these enzymatics of fruits and pralines by putting their day-lots together into this unique microlot. This lot comprised of Red and Yellow Caturra, Red and Yellow Catuai and even some Red Pacamara, all picked as perfectly ripe cherries and dried for about 34 days on raised beds to allow for air circulation.
