This coffee is the result of a meticulously controlled, 120-hour dry fermentation process, a scientific dance that allows the cherries' natural sugars to break down and intensify. During this extended period, the coffee develops a complex aromatic profile, capturing the essence of its unique terroir.
The resulting brew is a sensory marvel, offering a Sangria-like burst of flavors. It delivers a delightful Fruit Bomb that coats the palate with notes of sun-ripened berries and sweet stone fruit.
